When should I replace old fascia?
Replacement is usually needed when the fascia is warped, split, or damaged.
How does Best-Rate fix termite damage?
Best Rate typically removes and replaces all damaged wood, painting all 6 sides of the new lumber prior to reinstalling.

How soon can my project be completed?
The time frame varies, depending on the season and weather, and your need for building permits. Please contact our office. One of our Estimators will make an appointment with you, according to your schedule.
Do you build with pressure-treated materials? Are there any dangers with them?
As of January 1, 2004, wood treated with CCA (chromate copper arsenate), has been phased out for consumer use. ACQ (alkaline copper quart) and CA (copper azole) are the newest formulations used for treating wood against termite damage and dry rot. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has approved all treatment methods for safe usage in residential applications. The saw dust from cutting pressure treated wood should not be inhaled or ingested. In addition, wood alternative and composite decking materials have become consumer favorites. Popular wood alternatives include cedar and tropical hardwoods.
What kinds of products do you build?

We don’t limit our material choices to any specific type. We use treated wood, cedar, redwood, tropical hardwoods and low-maintenance composites.
